Our Hampers:
Our Hampers deliver when it comes to Christmas Dinner.
The Aughrim Hamper is ideal for serving 6. A plump Turkey Crown which can be crafted on the Bone or Boneless is included in this hamper along with a half Ham. The Crown makes for a great centre piece, is easy to Carve & minimises waste. The Crown Can be prepared on the bone or boneless. I would recommend on the Bone as it has a superior flavour.
The Glenmalure Hamper is best suited to those who are cooking for 6-8 People. A whole Free Range Turkey & Full Ham is offered in this Hamper. Creating a classic Christmas dinner with the Turkey Thigh meat contrasting to the Breast Meat flavour.
Our Turkeys:
All our Turkeys are raised & prepared for us by Anne Marie & Billy Gray on their family farm based in Feighcullen, County Kildare.
We share the same values when it comes to producing food:

Available in ample sizes to suit your need our Free-Range Whole Turkeys and Free Range Turkey Crowns are available as White Free Range or Bronze Free Range.
The welfare of our white free-range turkeys is of upmost importance to us.Turkeys are allowed to roam freely in fields each day & are housed in spacious barns on straw bedding with natural light and ventilation each night. They are fed on a natural, cereal-based diet including home grown wheat and oats. They are not given drugs and do not use growth promoting additives. They are fed cereal-based rations that are GM free.
A premium is attached to the Bronze turkey as it Matures over a longer period of Time.
Our Traditional Ham:
A cured ham recipe handed down over generations that speaks for itself when served up on Christmas Day. Our Traditional Hams are Low Salt and easy to carve.
