Beef Short Ribs is one of many styles of beef ribs. We cut beef ribs from the forequarter of the carcass. Ribs can be sourced from two parts of the Forequarter,the Prime Rib or the Chuck Rib. Short Ribs are from the Prime Rib Plate. The ribs are cut in line with the bone giving you a meaty Beef Short rib with equal ammounts of beef to bone. Cooking with bone gives meat a flavour profile which is unrivaled. You can choose to recieve this as one piece or cut into individual Short Ribs.
